Spacious apartments for families with young children. The 'tatami' room was a hit with our one-year-old. Great touristic options offered by the staff. Lovely view of the garden and sea from our apartment. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and a complimentary shuttle bus that was useful for transportation.
Nothing all good.

The apartment was big and spacious enough for me and my family. The breakfast spread was reasonable, with both Japanese and Western options. The property was near a JR station, and it had shuttle bus service.
The onsen was too small for the size of the property, and there was always a queue for the shower facilities. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area, which was inconvenient. It was also quite pricey for the level of amenities provided. it wasn't the best value for money during the Easter period.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with our language barriers. The room was spacious with a beautiful view and a nice hot spring. The amenities, including the pool and onsen, were great for both kids and adults. The location was convenient and parking was easy. The restaurant and shuttle service were also top-notch.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was exceptionally spacious with two bedrooms, one with western style beds and another in Japanese style that could fit three beds. The kitchenette was a nice addition and the ample parking space was convenient. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which stayed open until 10:00 PM. The views from the room were amazing, with beautiful scenery of the sea and the Futo coast. The location of this place was perfect, situated in a rural setting called "Izu Kogen" and quite close to Ito City. The facilities were great, including various art museums that were just a quick taxi ride away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Spacious rooms with stunning sea views and a great breakfast selection with Japanese and Western options. the onsen with rotenburo was a highlight with provided toiletries and the indoor pool was enjoyed by the kids.
The restaurant requires pre-ordering with limited options and no possibility for changes. Vegetarian set dinner was bland.
